I didn't think it really smelled like avocado, but what does an avocado really smell like? Like othe Bare Candles it was clean, fresh and subtle. Not strong, smokey or soapy. There is pleasant neutral-ness with undertones of various scents. Avocado Mint is perfect if you want something not too sweet. It's inconspicuous and warm. I loved it.
